Just Dance

Just Dance is an easy activity to do indoors. It promotes physical activity and can give children a way to best channel their seemingly boundless energy. The repetitive movements involved in dance can improve muscle tone, correct poor posture, increase balance and coordination and improve overall cardiovascular health. So turn up the music, use lights or decorations for ambiance, and let your kids follow the dance moves. Parents, you could even join in!
