Fitness Fun

Here’s a fun way to keep active and it is great as a family activity. Let’s you get the blood pumping and the heart racing in a good way.

 

 

 

I just had to:

•      Pretend to pedal a bike with my hands for the count of 17

•      Jump up and down 10 times

•      Do 3 somersaults

•      Jump up and down 10 times

•      Walk like a bear for a count of 5

•      Jump up and down 10 times

 

My children, their dad and myself do a fitness work out routine twice a day and have added this in as one of the circuits as it is fun and gets us laughing while taking our minds off of what is happening around the world. We do our entire name, first, middle and last. We also switch it up and pick a family member that is not in our home, whoever we are thinking about, missing etc. Keeps them close to the heart.

 

You can change up the amount of time, or amount of times you do something.  

 

All you need is space, at least an arms length away from each other, floor space and there ya go, fun, fitness and laughs all rolled into one.
