Breakfast is my favourite mealtime and I rarely miss it. I love to cook breakfast from scratch, but I prefer to spend as less time as possible. Here is my favourite crepe recipe that I want to share with you. This recipe is simple and requires minimum ingredients that everybody has on hand. Your children can help make the batter and decorate the crepe with fruit and syrup.

150 g (1 cup) flour
30 g unsalted softened butter
325 ml milk
1 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, whisk until smooth. Heat a non-stick frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Brush it with a butter.
For each crepe pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan. Cook each crepe until the bottom is light brown, flip it and cook the other side. Serve it hot or cold with syrup or jam.
