Frozen Yoga

At this point in self isolation you may be finding it difficult to find new ways to entertain yourself and your child. I for one have had the same problem and as a result have turned to doing daily yoga. In searching for new videos to follow on Youtube, I stumbled upon a Frozen themed yoga video for kids that I know MANY of our children would absolutely adore.

Some of the poses may be directed for ages a little older (5-6) but I know that their younger siblings would still be interested just by the mere fact that it is Frozen themed.

It is so important that during this time that your child is getting the exercise they need. Not only does exercise promote healthy growth and development, but it is a huge contribution to the quality of your child's sleep.
