Snake Paper Craft
Easy craft project for you to do with your kids. It is fun and cute to make it. Kids will love to make their own snake. They can choose which color snake they want.
What you need:
Step 1: On construction paper measure the width of strips you want with a ruler. I measured 1.5 inch. You can make them as wide or as thin as you want – younger kids will be able to handle wider strips easier.
Step 2: Cut strips out. Glue them together to form long strips.
Step 3. Glue the end of the first strip to the end of the second strip at a 90° angle.
Fold the vertical strip up and crease.
Fold the horizontal strip across and crease.
Fold the vertical strip down and crease.
Continue folding the horizontal and vertical strips in the same manner until you run out of paper.
Step 5: When you finished folding all strips, glue the last fold strips together.
Step 6: Cut a snake shaped head and tongue from the paper. Decorate with googly eyes and black marker for nostrils. Glue the head onto the last fold.
