DIY Building Blocks

Children love to play with building blocks. They love to build structure from them. Blocks are an important part in any child care room. They love to use blocks for their pretend dirt, house, etc.

So here is a simple way of making your children’s personalized building blocks.

First gather all your empty cardboard boxes: shoes, cereals, tissue, package, etc.

Fill the boxes with crumpled old newspaper then seal them clear tape.

Then, wrap the boxes with either contact, Manila, writing or illustration papers.

Lastly, let the children draw or paint on the boxes. Voilà, they have their own personalized building boxes.
