Earth Day Machine

April 22 was Earth day. On that occasion, we read a few books about our Earth and how we should care for it. Kids also learned about planting trees, fresh air, clean water, picking up trash, and recycling. We talked about pollution and some ways how we can help our Earth stay clean and healthy longer.

My children got very inspired. My daughter decided that she needs a new dress made out of recycling bottles. My son decided to use less paper by drawing on both sides of it. By the end of the day, we celebrated this day by building a foam ball track using some recycling materials.
