Virtual Teddy Bear's Picnic

The Teddy Bear's Picnic, presented by the Children's Hospital Foundation, is a Winnipeg tradition. For over 30 years, children, families and stuffed animals have taken over Assiniboine Park for one of the largest children's festivals in the province. And, even though the Picnic had a reputation for getting rained on, it was an event that really kicked off the summer festival season.
This was to be the 34th Annual Teddy Bear's Picnic but, like many events, it was cancelled due to COVID-19. That didn't stop the organizers though, as they are moving all the activities online!
On May 31st, the Teddy Bear's Picnic promises a whole host of activities, including games, scavenger hunts, crafts, entertainment features and more, all offered through their FaceBook Page and all completely free!
